Terms & cancellation

English translation for convenience. The German version is legally binding.

1. Scope and contracting party

These terms apply to all purchases on Parkuhrfinder. Your contracting party is Balane GmbH, Balanstraße 84, 81541 München (see legal notice).

2. Service

Sending the way to the nearest real parking meter is free. We sell digital joke vouchers for our digital parking meter: a code, a voucher page with the digital parking meter (talk time in the browser) and a PDF. The voucher does not entitle you to park and creates no claim to any service from real parking meters, municipalities or operators.

3. Price and payment

€1.00 per 30 minutes of conversation time, including statutory VAT; at most 4 hours per voucher. Payment is processed by Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other displayed methods). Stripe emails you the payment receipt containing the voucher code.

4. Conclusion of contract and delivery

By clicking “Buy” and completing payment you submit a binding offer; the contract is concluded on successful payment. The voucher is made available online immediately afterwards. No account is required.

5. Content

Dedications must not contain offensive, discriminatory or unlawful content. We reserve the right to block such vouchers.

Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Balane GmbH, Balanstraße 84, 81541 München, email: contact@balane.tech) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Expiry of the right of withdrawal

For a contract on the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires when we have begun performing the contract after you have expressly consented to our beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (§ 356(5) BGB). You give this consent at checkout.
